令和５年度壮勇館＆竜心館合同合宿

令和５年８月２６日（土）と２７日（日）の２日間で壮勇館と竜心館との合同合宿が実施されました。令和元年度の合宿から４年ぶりの合宿です。場所は、新宿区の保養所となっている女神湖の宿泊施設です。２６日の朝６時３０分に新宿区コズミックセンター前に集合しました。

今回も、大型バスにゆったりと座りながら行くことができました。

午前１０時３０頃に女神湖の近くにある長門牧場に到着しました。いつも、ここのソフトクリームを食べて高原の青い空気に触れるのがサイコーです。でも、３年前３００円だったソフトクリームが４５０円に値上がりしていたのは、ちょっと痛かった。

牧場ですが、馬しか見えませんでした。

この後、バスに乗って１０分ほどで宿泊所に着きました。

昼食は、食堂で親子丼を食べました。通常、親子丼といえばどんぶりのご飯の上に卵と鶏肉がのっていてちょっと甘いだし醤油味？をイメージしていましたが、卵と鶏肉は一人用の鍋で熱しられアツアツのものをご飯に載せて食べるというスタイルでした。あったかいのが食べられるのはよかったけど、味がないので醤油をかけて食べました。トマトとレタスの野菜サラダは、お代わり自由だったのはマルでした。

午後１時３０分から空手の稽古が始まりました。基本、形、組手別々に分かれて行いました。私は組手の稽古でしたが、ステップ練習がきつかった。

午後４時３０分で稽古終了。そのあと、大浴場にに入って、今日の汗を流しました。１８時３０分から食堂に集まって食事しました。

大人のメニューは、アユの塩焼き、ローストビーフ、ビーフステーキ、カツオのたたきなど、ビールが進むおかずがでました。みんな美味しく、おなか一杯になりました。午後７時３０分頃から、花火を、宿泊所の中庭で行いました。久々の花火はきれいでした。

そのあと、子供たちはゲームやK指導員の怖い話を聞いて、大人はミーティングルームで親睦を深めました。

翌朝は６時３０分に玄関前に集合して、準備体操した後、女神湖一周（約１．６㎞）をみんなで走りました。高原の清々しい空気と、きれいな景色を眺めながら汗をかきました。

そのあと、朝食を食べて、９時４５分から１０時１５分まで部内大会形式の稽古をしました。形と組手に分かれて試合形式で行いました。

昼食は、食堂でカレーを食べ、１１時４５分にバスに乗車して新宿へ向かいました。帰りは、バスの中でビンゴ大会を行い、いろんな景品をもらいました。みんな、楽しい合宿だった来年も行きたいと話していました。

来年も、合宿に行きましょう。予定では、8月２４日（土）と２５日（日）です。
